At The Exec Space, we’re a small but growing agency that connects talented VAs with clients across the UK and beyond. We work with a wide range of businesses — from tech start-ups and property investors to recruitment agencies, salon owners, and everything in between. Some clients work directly with our internal team, while others use our VA Matchmaker service — where we pair them with self-employed VAs from our wider network (that’s where you come in!).

We don’t specialise in one niche, which means you’ll be exposed to a variety of opportunities. We’ll contact you directly when we think you’re a great fit for a specific client, and we also share general job opportunities for you to apply to. Some roles are super targeted (you might be one of only a couple of people approached), and others go out to the wider VA network.

You’ll remain self-employed and set your own availability — and while the hourly rate is often agreed between us and the client, we always take your expectations into account. We do all the onboarding and behind-the-scenes setup, so you can focus on doing the work you love.

We’re a small business, so while roles aren’t guaranteed and things might be quiet at times, we’re always working behind the scenes to bring in amazing opportunities. Patience is appreciated — we promise to keep you in mind and do our best to match you with something great.
